Keys encoded from the check-in screen.

We are the exclusive Omnitec distributor for Southeast Asia. Locks, encoders, mobile keys and the interface behind them, supplied and installed by the same team that runs the front office system they talk to.

What the engagement covers

Lock supply

Omnitec's full range, from slim proximity escutcheons to keypad and Bluetooth models for properties without a 24-hour desk. Specified per door, not per building.

Installation and retrofit

New builds and refits both. Retrofit models drop into the existing mortise, so a floor can be converted without changing the doors.

PMS interfacing

Keys encoded from the Sentec check-in screen, and from the front office systems we did not supply. The interface is ours to configure, not a third party's to schedule.

Mobile keys

Bluetooth entry from the guest's phone, issued at check-in and expiring at check-out, with the card still working for guests who would rather carry one.

In-room hardware

Energy savers, safes and key boxes from the same range, so one supplier and one service contract cover the room.

Service and spares

Batteries, escutcheons and encoders held in region. Being the distributor means a replacement ships from stock rather than from Europe.

Door hardware is quoted per property, after a site visit.
