What it replaces
The usual shape of a hotel stack: a PMS, a POS, a banqueting tool, a housekeeping dispatch tool, an accounting package and the middleware holding them together. Every one of them is a renewal, an integration to re-test, and someone to call at 3am when the night audit stalls.
Plus the reconciliation work nobody quotes for: matching outlet revenue to the folio, and the folio to the ledger, every single night.
One database means there is nothing to reconcile. A check closed in an outlet is already on the folio and already in the ledger.
One system, not five
Then come the integrations: a POS vendor, a banqueting tool, an accounting package, middleware to hold it together, and four support numbers to call when a night audit fails. Sentec PMS ships those parts on one database.

What you would otherwise buy, license and connect separately:
By department
Eight departments, one login each, one shared set of records underneath.
The desk runs on one screen: arrivals, in-house, departures and the room rack.
Room status the desk can trust, updated from the floor rather than a printed sheet.
Restaurant, bar and room service checks that reach the folio the moment they close.
The run that used to be an event. It rolls the date, posts room and tax, and balances.
Individual, group and corporate bookings in one book, priced from one rate table.
The ledger sits on the same records as the operation, so nothing is exported.
Contracted rates, blocks and billing instructions that hold across every stay.
The numbers owners and brands ask for, produced from the operating data.
Integrations
The parts inside the hotel are included rather than integrated. Everything beyond the property line (channels, payments, tax, door locks) connects through supported interfaces our team configures during onboarding.
Two-way availability, rates and reservations with the channel manager you already use.

Every change you make in Sentec PMS is written six times across three separate data centers, so losing one data center loses no data. The application runs across all three as well, with no servers to fail over or rebuild: if one goes down, the others keep serving every request. This is the standard we build every Sentec product to.

Questions
If yours isn't here, put it to us on the demo call, or email [email protected].
A single property is typically live within four to six weeks, including training. Groups run property by property on an agreed schedule. We completed a 200+ property migration off a legacy on-premise system this way.
No. Sentec PMS is hosted, so there is no property server to maintain and no nightly backup for your team to babysit. A working internet connection and terminals are enough.
Guest profiles, stay history and outstanding ledger balances come across as part of the migration. We agree what is in scope during scoping, before any dates are committed.
Yes. Every product stands on its own. Most properties start with the PMS and add outlets or finance later. Because they share one database, adding them is configuration rather than an integration project.
Every customer gets a named onboarding lead through training and go-live, and keeps a direct line afterwards. Training is done by department, on your own data, not on a demo property.
Yes. The largest property running Sentec PMS today is 1,200 keys. Resort layouts with multiple outlets and banquet space are the case it was built for.
